WISCONSIN — The members of the Wisconsin Electoral College are scheduled to meet on Monday and cast their votes for the 2020 presidential election.

Gov. Tony Evers announced the meeting Friday, saying it will take place at 12 p.m. in the Wisconsin State Capitol.

On Nov. 30, 2020, Gov. Evers signed the Certificate of Ascertainment, which certified Wisconsin’s election results for President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

On Monday, the electoral college will officially assign Wisconsin’s 10 electoral college votes to President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris, the candidates who received the most votes in the state.

The meeting will be streamed live on WisconsinEye.
