A number of people have messaged our newsroom about a string of lights traveling across southeast Wisconsin in a linear path Thursday night.
Jessie Moser caught this photo from Newburg.
And Adam McCarthy spotted this row of lights in the sky in Eden.
And Wendy Dobberpuhl sent us what she saw Thursday evening.
We believe they were a "train" of SpaceX Starlink satellites visible at around 6:40 p.m. Thursday.

They're considered a team of low Earth orbit satellites that aim to provide affordable internet to the United States and Canada by mid-2020.
So no, they likely were not aliens.
