The family of a boy injured when a slide exploded at a West Allis park may be planning legal action against the city.
The family hired an attorney, which served notice to the city.
The 9-year-old suffered second-degree burns on a slide that exploded at Reservoir Park last month.
His mom said she heard the explosion when the boy was sliding down the equipment.
Still no word on what caused the blast.
