WAUKESHA — A Waukesha dog who ran away from home after a house fire has been reunited with her family.
Firefighters say shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday, they were called to a house fire in the 1700 block of Blackhawk Trail in Waukesha.
One person who lived at the home was outside with three of her four dogs. She said one of her dogs was still inside.
Firefighters went into the home to find the missing dog while putting out the fire.
