NEW BERLIN, Wis. -- A Waukesha County restaurant manager accused of groping and making sexual comments to teenage employees has been found dead.

The Waukesha County Medical Examiner's Office told TODAY'S TMJ4 his death comes from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Waukesha County Sheriff's office says a call came in at 10:52 a.m. Sunday from passerby who found Bernicky's body lying on a bench on the Glacial Drumlin State Trail near James Street in the Village of  Wales. Bernicky was pronounced dead at the scene.

A criminal complaint says the 61-year-old man managed the Great Wraps restaurant in New Berlin and was charged with two counts of misdemeanor sexual assault. The complaint says Bernicky gave the teens alcohol and groped them.
