The judge in the Slender Man stabbing case issued warrants to potential jurors Friday.
The potential jurors failed to complete their questionnaires properly and didn’t show up in court Friday morning to explain why.
"I'll issue a capias for their arrest and I will issue a forfeiture of $500 each,” said Judge Michael Bohren.
One of the girls arrested in the Slender Man stabbing entered a guilty plea tosecond-degreeattempted homicide on Monday.
Anissa Weier will still go to trial next month to determine her mental fitness.
Morgan Geyser is charged with attempted first-degree homicide, and her trial is scheduled in October. Her jury will be sequestered.
