MILWAUKEE — More murals are coming to Milwaukee!
The Villard Avenue Bid has launched a new large-scale mural project called "Visual Vibes on Villard."
The project is made up of five murals which will be painted on businesses on History Villard Avenue.
According to a press release from Villard Avenue BID #19, “Visual Vibes on Villard” aims to celebrate the creativity, talent, and pride of the Villard community by partnering with local artists to showcase murals to be placed on Villard Avenue buildings."
The five mural sites will be announced on August 1, according to BID #19. Open submission will begin then, with the selected proposals being announced in mid-August.
