The victims of a fatal crash between anSUV and a farming combine in Jefferson County were released Monday.
The Jefferson County Sheriff said in a news release that three people were killed in the crash.
Brian Schanz, 57 and Ildred Schantz, 90, from Cottage Grove, and Alan Schantz, 60 from Hawaii, were all killed when their Rav4 hit a John Deere farming combine in Lake Mills last week.
The driver of the combine was not injured. The sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the crash.
