RACINE — Two teens have been charged in the deadly shooting of Jose Angel Padilla.
Deshawn Ellison, 17, was charged Wednesday with first-degree homicide, and Christopher Webster, 18, was charged with being party to a crime first-degree homicide.
On May 22, Racine Police were called to Center and 12th Street in Racine after 8 p.m. on reports of shots fired.
Padilla, 19, was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
