Police: Victim identified in deadly Racine shooting, two in custody

The victim in a deadly Racine shooting has been identified as a 19-year-old, and a two other teenagers are in custody.

Police identified the victim Wednesday as Jose Angel Padilla. They also say a 17-year-old and 18-year-old, both male, are in custody.

Last Wednesday police were called to Center and 12th Street in Racine after 8 p.m. on reports of shots fired.

Padilla was shot and rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
