Two men are charged for a Kenosha man’s death during a robbery at a Madison Culver's last month.
Xavier Fleming and Nicholas Ivy each face a list of charges including false imprisonment and felony murder. Police say they broke into the restaurant last month when a crew of contractors was working on a remodeling project.
They forced the 56-year-old Christ Kneubuehl to open the store at gunpoint, then use a tool to cut a hole in the safe.
Kneubuehl had a heart condition and collapsed. The robbers forced his crew to wait to call an ambulance.
