GERMANTOWN — Several local agencies were on the scene of a serious multi-vehicle crash in Germantown that caused all lanes of Wisconsin 145 to be blocked Friday morning.

Officials with the Germantown Police Department say a pickup truck was traveling north on Wisconsin 145 and crossed the center line when it collided head-on with a semi-truck before 5 a.m. Friday.

Police requested the assistance of the Menomonee Falls Police Department, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin State Patrol during the incident.

Flight for Life was requested to transport the male driver of the pickup truck to the hospital.

The driver of the semi was also taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, authorities said.

There were no passengers in either vehicle.
