MILWAUKEE — Three teenagers were taken into custody Wednesday after they stole a car and led police on a chase.
Around 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, police responded to a carjacking in the 1200 block of W. Historic Mitchell Street.
The suspect successfully stole the vehicle but was later spotted by Milwaukee police. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver fled from police.
Police pursued the vehicle. Eventually, the vehicle stopped and police took a 16-year-old male and two 14-year-old males into custody.
