Three people are accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl in Fond du Lac in August.
Tory Tuinstra, 18, Shane Berg, 41, and Ellen Neumann, 40, were all face several charges in connection with the abuse.
According to a criminal complaint, a woman called police after she heard Neumann yelling at the 6-year-old girl, saying, "I wish you would just die."
Investigators say the girl claims that both Berg and Tuinstra sexually assaulted her and that Neumann knew about the abuse.
She also told officers Neumann made her watch others engage in sexual acts, according to the criminal complaint.
The abuse allegedly happened at an apartment on Ruggles Street. The woman who called police told officers that everyone in the apartment wore dog collars, including the 6-year-old girl.
Berg and Tuinstra initially denied abusing the girl, but later admitted it to police, according to the criminal complaint.
Neumann has denied the allegations.
Berg is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child under age 12. Tuinstra is charged with repeated sexual assault of a child and exposing his genitals.
Neumann is charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child under age 12, two counts of failure to act against sexual assault of a child and one count of listening to a child under 13 watch or listen to a sex act.
Berg and Tuinstra will be back in court on December 4.
