A third northbound lane in Racine County on I-94 has reopened, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The construction near the Foxconn site stretches through Racine and Kenosha Counties.
A third lane opened up on I-94 northbound between WIS 142 and WIS 20. Ramps along this portion of the highway will open up at a later date, WisDOT said.
A third lane is expected to also open between WIS 20 and County G a week later, weather dependent.
