The Dock at Bradford Beach is returning for its second summer on the lakefront with several updates and improvements.
The restaurant and bar said in a release that it has renovated its rooftop space atop the boathouse to include an upscale bar/restaurant and event space available for rentals.
While continuing to offer concession-style snacks at tiki huts and their lower deck, the rooftop restaurant will feature a full-service bar, both bar and sit-down table seating, a fireside lounge area, and space for live acoustic music.
The new menu includes Baja fish tacos, grass-fed burgers, fresh pico de gallo and handmade guacamole, and salads with locally-sourced produce. The bar will feature craft beer, wine, cocktails, and frozen drinks.
“Our plan from the start has always been to give Milwaukee a tasteful, yet laid back space to both relax and party at, so transforming the beach house's rooftop was a no-brainer for us, especially given its unparalleled lakefront views,” said Josh Schonfeld, director of operations for CCH Management.
The owners plan to rent out the rooftop space for bachelor/bachelorette parties and corporate events. The Dock also plans to host happy-hour special events.
