A 17-year-old Town of Lisbon girl was killed in a single vehicle crash early Monday morning in Pewaukee.
It happened shortly after 3 a.m. on Capitol Drive west of Ishnala Trail,
According to the Waukesha county Sheriff's Department, a Ford Taurus traveling east on Capitol Drive left the roadway and struck a telephone pole.
The driver, Brielle Beres, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second 17-year-old female from Hartland and a 20-year-old Hartland man were also in the vehicle. They were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
