MILWAUKEE — A suspect has been arrested in a Friday hit-and-run in Milwaukee, while the victim is still in critical condition.
The hit-and-run occurred near N. 27th Street and W. Auer Avenue around 12:17 p.m. Friday.
According to police, the suspect hit a pedestrian who was crossing the street and then fled. Officers recovered the vehicle but it was unoccupied.
The victim is a 22-year-old Milwaukee man who sustained life-threatening injuries. He is currently in critical condition at a local hospital.
Following the incident, police arrested a 28-year-old man in connection to the crime.
