The Sun Prairie Police Department is looking for help finding a missing endangered veteran.
Police say that 39-year-old Shawn Jacobs was last seen at the home of his children near Freedom, WI on Saturday, suffering from a mental health crisis.
Investigators believe that Jacobs could be in the Madison, Sauk, or Lake Wisconsin areas driving a white Ford pickup truck with license plate HT9619.
Authorities recommend calling 911 immediately if you encounter the missing person.
