Wisconsin is in the top 10 for most registered sex offenders per capita according to a report from A Secure Life.
The list is based off data from a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that used sex offender registries for each state and compared the number of offenders with census data.
Findings put Wisconsin in sixth for most registered sex offenders per capita.
Oregon sits at the top of the list with 679 offenders per 100,000 residents. Arkansas is second with nearly 550 offenders per 100,000 residents.
