MADISON -- According to MorningConsult.com study, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is ranked in the bottom 10 in popularity when compared to all other U.S. governors. 

The study compares the United State's top 10 best governors and the bottom 10 governors for the second quarter of 2018.  Walker came in at number nine, the second highest rank in the bottom 10 governors. Per the study, 50 percent of people disapprove of Walker, 42 percent approve and 8 percent are indifferent. 

Walker is running for re-election in 2018. According to the study, he has a -8 net approval. Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner has a -34 net approval, the worst of governors running for re-election. 

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and Alabama Governor Kay Ivey are the top three rated U.S. governors in the study. For more information on the rankings, click here.
