The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and other local first responders assisted in a car crash that occurred on Thursday, Dec. 3 at approximately 5:57 p.m. on County Road YY at Strucker Road in Price county.
According to Wis DOT, a 65-year-old man from Ogema was traveling south when he failed to negotiate a curve and entered a ditch, striking multiple trees.
The man became trapped and was extricated from his vehicle. He was conveyed to a local hospital and later flown to r to Aspirus Wausau Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
Wisconsin State Patrol is conducting a crash investigation.
