MILWAUKEE -- A serious accident sent two Milwaukee police officers to the hospital Sunday morning.
Milwaukee police said a vehicle ran a red light and hit the squad car at approximately 3 a.m. near 14th Street and Windlake Avenue.
Officials said the driver of the striking vehicle remained on the scene. That person was not injured.
The condition of the officers is unknown at this time.
