MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Department of Public Works has lifted the Snow Emergency declaration for the City of Milwaukee following a weekend of snowfall.
Plows and crews will remain active in clearing snow from the streets, but alternate side parking required during an emergency is over.
The DPW also reminding the public that posted street signs take precedence.
If your block is designated for two-sided overnight parking, you may go back to parking on both sides of the street.
Some other parking restrictions will be lifted due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday on Monday.
