The Plover Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 71-year-old woman believed to have dementia.
Laura Casperson was last seen at her home on Windsong Place at 7 a.m. Sunday. She is described as 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 215 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Police say she is probably wearing a blue jacket, a white shirt with red speckles, and brown pants.
