UPDATE: Authorities say Kenneth Nelson is found safe.

A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man out of Columbia County.
Authorities say 68-year-old Kenneth Nelson was last seen by neighbors leaving the apartment complex that he lives in (202 Hillside Terrace, Poynette, WI, 59355) around 6:30 Wednesday night. Kenneth never returned home to his apartment and left his cell phone at home.
He does have a medical pendent, but the batteries have died and his family is no longer able to ping his phone and cannot contact him through his pendent.
Nelson is driving a silver Chevrolet Impala with Wisconsin license plates 775RAX.
