A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for 79-year-old Richard J. Tierney, who is missing from Neenah, Wisconsin.
He may be driving a white 2005 Buick Park Avenue Ultra with Wisconsin license plate 737-WLZ. The rear bumper has screws/bolts holding a portion together.
Tierney, who is 6 feet and weighs 200 pounds, wears an eyepatch. He has gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen about 11:15 a.m. Thursday in Neenah.
Due to a memory impairment, he is not supposed to drive. In a similar incident in 2016, Tierney was located in Kentucky.
