SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Sheboygan police are searching for a 25-year-old woman who was last seen Saturday morning.
Jasmine YonkoJohnson has limited speech abilities and is five feet tall. She was last seen on the 600 block of South 14th Street and was wearing a black sweatshirt, striped white pajamas and brown boots, according to police.
