A semi truck trailer rolled over on its side and spilled scrap metal and an unknown liquid on parts of the Stadium Interchange.
The incident happened around 12:27 p.m. Wednesday on the ramp from Hwy 175 northbound to I-94 eastbound.
The roll over has forced police to close down the ramp from Hwy 175 to I-94 eastbound and the left lane of I-94 eastbound in the Stadium Interchange by Miller Park. A hazmat team is responding to check the liquid spill.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says it will take at least an hour to clean up the debris.
