A reckless driver crashed into a porch Sunday evening, according to Milwaukee Police District 2.
The crash happened about 11:40 p.m. in the 2100 block of S. 16th Street.
Police say the crash was a result of two vehicles driving at high rates of speed. A 17-year-old who was driving one of the vehicles admitted that they were racing.
Two occupants in the striking vehicle were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was taken into custody.
One other porch and two additional vehicles were damaged as a result of the crash as well.
This was not part of a vehicle pursuit.
