MILWAUKEE -- The city of Milwaukee continues to move up on a list that’s not going to provoke much in the way of civic pride.
Orkin pest control ranked Milwaukee 21st on its list of the “Top 50 Rattiest Cities.”
Milwaukee moved up two slots on the list, compared to last year.
For the third consecutive year, Chicago took the top spot.
Orkin ranked the metro regions by the number of residential and commercial rodent treatments the company performed from September 2016 and September 2017.
Fall is the beginning of rat and mouse season as the critters begin to find warm places, according to Orkin.
Madison checked in at No. 48 on the list and Green Bay/Appleton was No. 50 on the list.
