UNION GROVE — On Wednesday around 1 p.m. a red vehicle approached a 15-year-old male teen in the village of Union Grove in Racine County near State Highway 45 and State Highway 11.
Inside the car was a female driver and male passenger who are reportedly in their 30's. The driver asked the teen if he wanted to enter the car. The teen walked away unharmed and nothing else was said to him. The vehicle left in an unknown direction.
