A Racine man has been arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a 4-year-old.
According to a criminal complaint, the child was in the bathtub when Cesar Perez-Saucedo inappropriately touched him.
If convicted, Perez-Saucedo faces up to 60 years in prison.
