RACINE —The father of an infant was charged with first-degree reckless homicide, possession of marjiuana and bail jumping Thursday.
Jeremy M. Marquez, 24, was arrested after officers were called to a Racine residence last Friday because an infant wasn't breathing. The baby was taken to Children's Hospital, where authorities found injuries that caused the child's death.
