Racine deputies responded to an accident involving a car and semi-truck on I41 Southbound near STH 20 on Jan. 3.
According to deputies, no injuries were reported, but the car did end up blocking the two right lanes of the interstate.
One of four squad cars, attempting to block traffic with emergency lights activated, was struck by a passing vehicle.
The striking vehicle spun out on ice and struck the rear end of one of the squad cars.
Speed was a factor in the crash, deputies say.
Neither the 27-year-old driver nor the deputy on scene was injured.
