RACINE — A Racine boy is trying to spread love and joy by preforming random acts of kindness.

There are many things a 6-year-old could do for for his birthday, but for Victor Valencia, his wish was to make others people smile.

Victor and his mother, Savannah, wrapped 100 donated flowers and tied little notes of love all to give away.

"They are tags so people can know my name, how old I am and the stuff I do for my kindness ," said Victor.

"We don't know what people are going through and something as simple as a few hugs or a flower will completely turn around someone's bad day into a good day," said Savannah.

The goal is to spread kindness across the Racine area.

Victor is no stranger to giving back and with his mother's help, they started the Victor Show Us Your Smile project, a project that encourages others to perform acts of kindness. He has performed countless acts of good from giving care packages to troops to handing out laundry detergent and coins at laundromats, and even giving away free gift cards and meals around Thanksgiving.

"That kind caring spirit he has always had I just want to encourage it as a mom to be a supportive person to have his back in his corner," said Savannah.
