Police located 63-year-old Kathleen Ann Thomson alive Monday afternoon.
Thomson was reportedly involved in a car crash about 2:30 a.m. Monday in the Town of Polk.
Thomson was not located at the scene of the crash in which the vehicle reportedly struck a utility pole on County Highway C at Mayfield Road.
An extensive ground and air search did not reveal her location.
Thomson reportedly has significant health issues that greatly limit her movement. She typically walks with a walker, which was left at her home. She also recently suffered a stroke which has limited her ability to communicate.
Thomson, who is 5 feet, 3 inches and weighs 180 pounds, has gray, shoulder-length, curly hair and blue eyes.
