MILWAUKEE -- Police have made an arrest in connection with the death of a 5-year-old girl who was killed in a hit-and-run crash this week.
Police say they are still continuing to seek a known suspect/driver.
Officers also recovered the Porsche Cayenne that was involved in the crash. It was found Monday evening on the city's north side.
The crash happened around 9:45 a.m. Sunday in the 6400 block of West Leon Terrace in Milwaukee.
A family member tells TODAY'S TMJ4 5-year-old, Rickyia Langham, was crossing the street to head back home so she could get dressed to go to church. The girl was holding her older sister's hand but suddenly let go and ran in the middle of the street.
She was then struck by a driver, who did not stop and continued driving.
