MILWAUKEE -- Police are investigating two separate shootings within an hour of one another in Milwaukee Tuesday night.
The first shooting happened at approximately 8 p.m. near 6th and Rogers streets.
Police said the victim, 23, was standing on the sidewalk when a suspect fired gunshots, hitting him at least once.
He was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
There are no suspects in custody.
The second shooting happened at approximately 9 p.m. near 60th Street and Capitol Drive.
Police said a group of people were standing in front of a house when a suspect riding in a vehicle opened fire on the group as it drove past.
A 50-year-old man and a 36-year-old man were both struck.
They were taken to the hospital and are expected to be OK.
There are no suspects in custody.
