WEST ALLIS — After an autopsy, police have identified the skeletonized, human remains found Saturday as a 39-year-old Milwaukee man.

The family of the man has been notified and will make a positive identification.

The autopsy didn't reveal any sign of injury, and the cause of death is still being determined.

Three children found the remains in a wooded area on the 7400 block of West Oklahoma Avenue. The remains "were in an advanced state of decomposition," according to police.
