UPDATE: Pleasant Prairie police say they have located Rachel V. Rivera.
Rivera was located shortly after she was declared missing by police.
Pleasant Prairie police are looking for a 34-year-old missing woman.
Police identified the missing person as Rachel V. Rivera. She was last seen near the 11800 block of 120th Court in the Village of Pleasant Prairie.
Police say Rivera suffers from numerous mental health and medical health issues and is unable to care for herself.
Rivera is described as a white female, 5’1”, 175 pounds, brown eyes with long black hair in a pony tail. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, dark spring jacket, black/white Sketchers shows, floral colored purse, and black glasses with teal colored frames
