The 34th annual Waukesha JanBoree begins on Friday. There will be more than 30 events taking place over the festival weekend, some inside and some out.
One of the indoor events features Pantaloon Productions. The artists will perform two, 30 minute shows.
The shows include a performance called 'Withering Love.' Using only umbrellas and a carefully choreographed dance, the performers bring drama and comedy to life.
"We might be doing some pre-show which will be really fun so whoever comes early will get a special treat," said performer Jessica Ostrander.
Come early, and prepare to be entertained by the professionally trained performers.
"We've performed all over the U.S., Europe, Africa once or twice," said performer Theo Williams.
Now they're bringing their expertise to the family-friendly Waukesha JanBoree.
"We speak a lot in metaphors and timeless themes throughout the pieces," Ostrander said. "There's a nice mix of comedy and drama that accompany it so it is nice for the whole family."
"Beyond that just a little bit of comedy, interaction, kids getting excited and seeing something they haven't before," Williams said.
Pantaloon Products will perform in the Carnival of Curiosities Friday. The shows are at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Waukesha North High School.
