Pedestrian killed in Dodge County crash

BEAVER DAM, Wis. - The Dodge County Sheriff's Department is investigating after a teenager was killed while walking along a highway.
Deputies responded to a crash on US 151 at State Highway 33 in the Township of Beaver Dam at 9:30 p.m. Monday.
An initial investigation shows a 19-year-old man was walking northbound on US 151. Deputies say he was walking on the inside left lane when he was hit by a Kenworth tractor-trailer The driver was a 46-year-old man who was uninjured. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.
The crash is under investigation.
Deputies expect to release the names of those involved Tuesday afternoon once their families have been notified.
