The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin State Patrol, Village of Summit Police Department, and other local agencies, responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a car and a semi-truck on I-94 near CTH BB.
After the initial investigation, officials concluded that the passenger car, driven by a 19-year-old man, lost control and struck the rear of a parked semi-truck.
A 19-year-old woman passenger was pronounced dead on the scene.
The driver and another passenger, a 19-year-old man were treated at a local hospital for their injuries and have been released.
The semi driver was not injured.
The crash is still being investigated by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office and Wisconsin State Patrol.
