WISCONSIN — Outagamie County Recycling and Solid Waste shared a now-viral TikTok reminding people not to recycle their Christmas lights but to drop them off at a drop-off location instead.

The TikTok video featured an Outagamie County Recycling worker as he untangled Christmas lights from their machines and brought them to a drop off location. The funny part, though, was his acting.

Apparently, people thought the video was pretty funny because it went viral. The Netflix account even commented on it!

The video currently has 2.1 million views, over 417,000 likes, and around 3,000 comments. All because a guy was angry about Christmas lights being recycled! If that isn't Wisconsin, we're not sure what is.

Seriously though, if you need to get rid of your Christmas lights, drop them off at a recycling center or throw them in the regular trash. That way the Outagamie County Recycling guy doesn't have another bad day.
