OSHKOSH — The Oshkosh Holiday Parade has been canceled.
The city notified residents of the change on its website Wednesday. The beloved parade was originally scheduled for Nov. 12.
The parade is known for its tree-lighting ceremony and decorative participants. Each year has a different them, last year's being “March of the Toys.”
While the City of Oshkosh did not specify the reason for the cancellation, it can be assumed amid the coronavirus pandemic.
