OAK CREEK — One person was shot during an armed robbery and carjacking on I-94 in Oak Creek Thursday night.
Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office say the injured person is now in the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
The shooting happened on the Elm Road off-ramp of northbound I-94 around 8:30 p.m. That ramp remains closed, as of 9:30 p.m.
MCSO is actively investigating. At this time there is no threat to public safety, according to the sheriff's office.
