One person has died after a mobile home fire in Pleasant Prairie Tuesday night.
Pleasant Prairie police and fire responded to 104th Street in Pleasant Prairie for reports of the fire about 11 p.m. Once there, they saw a heavy fire at the rear of one of the mobile homes in the park.
A witness told officials that they believe the person who lives in the mobile home may be inside.
Firefighters extinguished the fire and were conducting a search of the home when they found a body inside.
The identity of the victim is not being released at this time, while the Pleasant Prairie police and fire departments continue to investigate along with the Kenosha County Fire Investigation Task Force.
