In a week full of heartbreaking news regarding law enforcement, here's a story to brighten your day.
An on-duty Delafield Police Officer came into Petite Pas Ballet School to join his daughter during 'Daddy and Me' week.
The officer slipped on a tutu and performed all the stretches and routines with his daughter and other students by their side.
Photos of the event were posted on Facebook with the caption, "These moments are just magic. Simple magic. These moments remind us that our officers are dads, moms, uncles, brothers, aunts, sisters (and the list goes on and on) too. These moments make our daddy & me week so worthwhile."
No word yet on whether the officer finished his shift in the tutu.
