Kelly Smith, Kirsten's grandmother, is in custody for charges of interfering with child custody.

The Oak Creek police department is looking for Kelly J Smith and her granddaughter Kirsten Smith, who were last seen in West Allis.
Kelly is wanted for questioning for interfering with the custody of Kirsten.
Kelly does not have legal custody.
Kelly drives a maroon 1991 Ford Ranger with a Wisconsin plate #NM6212.
